About Us


Sarah Price

A Georgia native, Sarah moved to Aiken SC after high school to pursue her dream of playing volleyball at a collegiate level and never looked back. She decided after graduating from USC Aiken that she would call South Carolina her new home. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sarah put her passion to work through several different sales and real estate opportunities. Although Sarah has always been involved in sales positions she doesn’t consider herself a “salesperson” but rather a people person who loves helping others.

Married to a commercial construction superintendent her family made a once in a lifetime move to Nassau, Bahamas where they both worked for a developer. Sarah’s husband, Daniel worked on the construction side of the projects while Sarah on the sales/ retail side. After five years of the island life, they decided to move back to Lexington, SC and lay down roots.

Back in the states, Sarah and her husband Daniel keep busy with work and their 8 year old son Noah. They can often be found at the ball field cheering on their favorite third baseman.

Above all, Sarah values family and relationships, which is apparent from the first conversation with her. She strives to make everyone feel comfortable and assists them as flawlessly as possible with making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Sarah looks at her clients like an extension of her own family and makes sure they are treated fairly and honestly at all times.
